September 22, 2016 at TESDA Auditorium- A recognition for the exemplary contribution in the advancement of Technical Vocational Educational and Training in the Country. The objectives of KABALIKAT AWARD is to promote technology-based education and training. This is also to encourage active participation of institutions, private firms or companies, LGUs, Funding Institution, and NGOs or NGAs in the development and employment of Filipino workforce; and to recognize good practices of the partners in manifesting their deep sense of corporate social responsibility, through the conduct of training, assessment and certification and otherprograms and projects related to workforce development.
