The DOST- ICTO has developed an online BPLS software (business permits and licensing system) which would be deployed to various LGUs. This software is being piloted in the Municipal Government of Tanay, Province of Rizal, a first class municipality.

In line with the celebration of the 5th Hane Festival, the Local Government Unit of Tanay through Tanay Tourism Office and in partnership with Tanay Artists Group formally launched the Art Exhibit 2015 with the theme “Sining Imahinasyon at Kolaborasyon Para sa Ika-5 Selebrasyon” at the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, October 26.

November 4, 2015 - As part of the Pre-Hane Festival Activity the First Tanay Photo Exhibit formally opened its doors to the public. Attending the ribbon cutting ceremony were Mayor Rafael “Lito” Tanjuatco, Vice Mayor Jimmy Vista, Municipal Administrator Dr. Gabriel Piguing, Tanay Tourism Office Head, Mr. Jeffrey Pino, Tanay Legal Department Head, Atty. Amadeo Fulgado, Mutya ng Tanay 2014 Winners and the Chairman/Founder of Tanay Photography Club Beethhoven Mendez together with the members of Tanay Photography Club and the participants of Tanay Photography Contest 2015.

The Local Government of Tanay through Tanay Tourism Office, in its goal to be known as a “regional tourism haven,” joined for the second year the Big Bag Travel and Food Fair held on October 27-29, 2015 at the Activity Center of Robinson’s Galleria in Mandaluyong City.
